Conductors required for September 2017

We are seeking to recruit Conductors to join our friendly and supportive staff team as we are in the process of extending our service provision and facilities at our Centre in North London.  Specifically we are looking for Conductors in the following areas:

Conductor in Charge – Early Intervention Services:  (Salary – £30,000 per annum)

 We are looking for an experienced Conductor who has:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with young children who have special needs and their families
  • The ability to inspire and develop young children to achieve their full potential
  • Good oral and written English skills
  • Experience in documentation such as assessment and progress reports as well as setting individual goals and complex programmes.

Conductor – School Groups: (Salary £30,795 to £34,893)

We are looking for an experienced Conductor who has:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within children who have special and complex needs within a school setting
  • The ability to inspire and develop the children (aged 5 to 11 years) to achieve their full potential
  • Experience and knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and educational systems
  • Good oral and written English Skills.
  • Experience in documentation such as assessment and progress reports as well as setting individual goals and complex programmes.

Conductors – Early Intervention Services and EYFS Groups: (Salary – £21,609 to £25,000)

 We are looking initially for at least 2 Conductors who have:

  • Some experience of working with young children who have cerebral palsy and additional special needs.
  • The ability to inspire and develop young children to achieve their full potential
  • Good oral and written English skills
  • The ability to contribute in the recording of the children’s progress and the development of the individual and group programmes.
