Are you looking for a thorough, professional and speedy occupational therapy assessment for your child?
CPotential is now offering occupational therapy assessments and sessions.
Rozenn Carré, our specialist paediatric occupational therapist, will provide a comprehensive assessment with recommendations tailored to meet your child’s needs to help them manage everyday tasks such as getting about, feeding, toileting, dressing and self-care.
The service is suitable for children aged 0-18 who have any of the following conditions:
- cerebral palsy
- acquired brain injury
- global development delay
- learning difficulties
- sensory processing disorder
- autism spectrum disorder
- social, emotional or behavioural difficulties.
We offer two types of service:
A) Assessment and OT diagnosis of your child’s OT needs with a Full Report you can use for an Education Health and Care Plan or when discussing your child’s needs with schools, local authorities or other professionals involved with their development
B) Assessment of your child’s OT needs and a Summary Report with the offer of occupational therapy sessions, including sensory integration therapy if required.
