At CPotential, we welcome client referrals from any clinical professionals for children and young people with movement disorders, due to conditions such as cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, and acquired brain injury.
Upon contacting us with a clinical referral, we will contact the parent/carer, and invite the family for an initial multidisciplinary assessment at our Centre in Muswell Hill.
If we obtain parental consent, you as the referrer can receive a copy of our assessment recommendations. We aim to work closely with all referrers to provide good continuity of care.
