Who we work with

We work with babies, children and young people, who have movement disorders due to conditions such as cerebral palsy, global development delay, hemiplegia or acquired brain injury. We can also help children and adults with other conditions or disabilities. Many of the children we work with also have related difficulties such as learning disabilities or difficulties with sensory processing and/or communication.

We offer a suite of holistic therapies, such as Conductive Education, Physiotherapy, Music Therapy, Independent Living and Rebound Therapy. We will soon be launching Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy.

We offer all of our services face to face, with a wide range of convenient and accessible services and support online.

Services for children and young people

CPotential services are child-focused and tailored to meet the individual needs of children with different abilities.  By addressing needs as early as possible we can help your child gain the vital skills they need as they grow older. The sooner we act, the greater the impact.

Our sessions can help each child:

  • develop their mobility, movement, sensory, communication, emotional, problem-solving and self-help skills
  • take an active part in the learning process.

We create a warm, supportive, fun and interactive environment and celebrate each child’s achievements.

Mollii suit assessments

We also offer free Mollii assessments for children and adults. The Mollii suit is an innovative assistive device that helps relieve spasticity and improve muscle control for people with neurological conditions, such as cerebral palsy.

Support for parents

CPotential provides support and information for parents and carers and offer a friendly, positive place where you can share ideas and concerns. We also produce our own videos with expert advice on topics such as clinical negligence claims, music therapy, speech and language therapy and making EHCP appeals.

We strongly encourage parents and carers to come and take part in the sessions with their children. In this way, you can understand how your child learns and gain the skills and confidence to continue learning at home.
