New for October half term – Come join us for CPotential autumn therapy camp!
CPotential’s new therapy camp will be available during October half term, sessions will be for 2 – 3 hours per day and activities will be tailored to meet each child’s ability, targets and goals.
The autumn therapy camp has been carefully designed and planned to blend the knowledge of conductive education, physiotherapy and occupational therapy to provide intensive therapy for children with motor disorders in a fun and collaborative way.
The camp provides rehabilitation via fun and engaging activities which have been carefully devised to cover a wide range of skills that children need for carry over into their everyday life. This includes mobility, hand skills, self-regulation, sensory and communication skills. As part of the camp, children will practice these skills in repeated structured and engaging sessions and then apply them to their everyday activities such as: in play, feeding, dressing and practising functional mobility (e.g. walking to participate in a game with their peers).
Those joining us will benefit from a low child to staff ratio during the small group sessions. The camp format allows for children to participate in challenging but attainable therapy tasks and will provide the ideal setting for children to develop their confidence and communication whilst still feeling a part of a group.
Autumn half term therapy camp cost:
This is the first time we’re running a half term therapy camp so we’re pleased to offer an introductory rate:
- 5 Days: £425
- 4 days: £355
- 3 days: £285
If you are new to CPotential, we will need to see your child for an initial assessment (fee £20), please let us know if you would like us to arrange this. Subsequent assessments for other services are free of charge.
*The duration of sessions offered will depend on each child’s age and ability and will be offered on an individual basis.
