Join us for a starry evening

30 May 2017

Sophie Christiansen

We invite you to come to our fabulous Constellation Event, an  inspirational evening for women and friends, on Monday 3 July. Tickets are going fast!

We are delighted that Equestrian Extraordinaire Sophie Christiansen CBE, Paralympic Gold Medallist, will be our guest speaker at this exclusive event.

Born with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, Sophie has excelled in international Paradressage. She will talk about the importance of cultivating potential and inspire us all to ‘reach for the stars’ – something we strongly believe in at CPotential.

Sophie says she is supporting this event because “I believe therapy and sport are so important for people with cerebral palsy to enable them to fulfil their potential. I’ve learnt this first-hand and I hope to influence others to benefit too.”

And she’s a great role model for what can be achieved, as she says: “Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Then you’ll be able to make your zone bigger and bigger and do things that you weren’t even able to imagine at the start. There will still be difficult days, but it’s about how you overcome them that counts.”

After the talk, guests will enjoy bubbly, gourmet canapés and networking with like-minded women and friends in the beautiful and historic Mercers’ Hall in the City of London.

They will also have a chance to win fantastic prizes, including a Sophie Hulme designer handbag and a Spa Day, in our luxury raffle.

All funds raised from the evening will support our Conductive Education work with children with movement disorders due to conditions such as cerebral palsy or acquired brain injury, enabling them to achieve their potential.

The event will be held from 6.30pm – 10pm on Monday 3 July 2017 at The Livery Hall at The Mercers’ Hall, Ironmonger Lane, London EC2V 8HE.

Tickets are available online.
