- Part-time (20 hours per week)
- 6-month fixed-term contract, with a view to extending
- Salary £11-£13 per hour, dependent on skills and experience
- 27 days annual leave pro rata, per annum
Working alongside the Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for the reception function, handling calls and enquiries and meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a warm, welcoming and professional manner.
You will be an experienced receptionist and/or administrator with finance experience or knowledge of invoicing, with great time management skills and the ability to keep on top of conflicting appointments, invoicing deadlines and responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
This role requires a naturally clear and concise communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to a variety of audiences, face to face, by phone or email/letter. You will be comfortable dealing with all enquiries in a helpful, supportive and confidential nature.
