We are delighted to partner with The Almond Tree Foundation to help our CPotential families access vital wellbeing support.
The Almond Tree Foundation provides wellbeing support for families and individuals living with disability or illness. Its community is for people experiencing anxiety, isolation, or uncertainty about the future. They provide wellbeing support and education through free-to-access, online events. These include courses, webinars on specific topics and drop-in sessions, all providing a safe space for discussion and support.
Julian Fraser and Claire Shutes, co-founders of the Almond Tree Foundation, as well as being trained coaches, have personal experience of living with disability and illness. They understand the impact and challenges. They aim to help others in similar situations flourish regardless of circumstances.
“It’s wonderful to be partnering with CPotential to support parents of children and young people with movement disorders. At the Almond Tree Foundation, we believe emotional and practical support is equally vital, and this collaboration allows us to reach more families with the understanding that wellbeing and resilience are possible, no matter the challenges they face.” Julian Fraser, Co-founder of Almond Tree Foundation.
