Girl in physiotherapy at CPotential

With great interpersonal skills and good experience in rotational and/or children’s physio, you will bring significant clinical expertise to work successfully with a wide range of conditions and complex needs, managing your own challenging caseload.

We will provide you with the most innovative equipment, funding support and resources you need to deliver a top-notch rehabilitation service for children and young people with movement disorders, due to conditions such as cerebral palsy, global developmental delay and acquired brain injury.

You will be part of a vibrant multidisciplinary team and work on joint ventures with educational leaders, introductions of new technologies and research projects surrounding paediatric physiotherapy.

We are an ambitious charity, committed to achieving the best possible results for our clients. We are looking for someone passionate about making a difference and committed and focused on clinical workload and contact hours.

You will be trained across our range of treatment interventions and regular in-service training and service development – ensuring you have the best environment to thrive.

If this sounds like your next challenging step, then we would love to hear from you as soon as possible. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

What it’s like to work at CPotential – by Paula Godfrey, Senior Occupational Therapist

One of the things that I really enjoy about working here is that CPotential still has a family feel to work in and as an organisation it has been open to new ideas and ways of working. It’s a place that doesn’t stand still and you feel that you have a chance to be creative at work.  It’s understood here that working well as a team is how to support our families best and its always been really important to me as a clinician to work as part of a friendly and supportive team.  At CPotential we work closely together and look out for each other, there are a lot of laughs in amongst the hard work. Some places say that they do this but at CPotential we live it! There is a real momentum to share and develop ideas and learn off each other to improve what we do.

This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
