What will happen in the Wellbeing Workshop?

  • Discover the true meaning of wellbeing and how to access your innate resilience.
  • Explore the premise that peace of mind isn’t just a fleeting feeling – it’s our natural state, available at any time, regardless of circumstances.
  • Through real-life stories and practical examples, we’ll explore how thinking shapes our experience.
  • Learn what makes us resourceful, creative, and capable of overcoming life’s challenges.
  • Discover how recognising your state of mind can help you navigate life’s ups and downs with clarity and confidence.

About the Almond Tree Foundation

The Almond Tree Foundation provides wellbeing support and education for families living with disability or illness. They run free-to-access, online events which offer a safe space for discussion. The founders Julian Fraser and Claire Shutes are trained coaches and have personal experience of living with disability and illness. They understand the impact and challenges, and they aim to help others in similar situations flourish regardless of circumstances.

“It’s wonderful to be partnering with CPotential to support parents of children and young people with movement disorders. At the Almond Tree Foundation, we believe emotional and practical support is equally vital, and this collaboration allows us to reach more families with the understanding that wellbeing and resilience are possible, no matter the challenges they face.” Julian Fraser, Co-founder of Almond Tree Foundation.
